Our Story
Founded nearly two decades ago, ELS began with a small fleet of dedicated owner-operators hauling flatbeds across the Southwest. Driven by a commitment to growth and service, we expanded into a full-scale trucking operation—adding a heavy haul division based in the Midwest and launching an intermodal branch to diversify our logistics solutions. Today, our primary focus is the Midwest Steel Division, specializing in the safe and efficient transportation of over-weight steel coils. Through the years, we’ve earned a reputation for reliability, strong customer partnerships, and a driver-first culture. At ELS, we don’t just move freight—we build trust, deliver results, and take care of the people who make it all possible.
What We Do
ELS’ Midwest Steel Division is a premier flatbed carrier specializing in the transportation of overweight steel coils. We utilize multi-axle flatbed trailers equipped with advanced tarping systems to ensure safe and secure delivery. Our primary service area includes Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, and parts of West Virginia.
